New
front doors - 1980 When the Roxy was first built, it did not have any front doors on the street. The only doors to the building were the smaller lobby doors inside. The foyer was open to the elements. We don't know exactly when the wood and glass doors were added to the building, but we're guessing it was in the early years -- probably just after the first Forsyth winter they had to endure! Here are a few pictures from the installation of our new doors, which are still in use today. |

Tom Clifford heads into the building as we get ready to start disassembling the old doors. Removing the brass door pulls (they were similar to the brass hardware which is still on the inside lobby doors). |
