A truly bad month was this. "The Student Body" was a grade-C sexploitation flick; "Gone in 60 Seconds" was a film about car theives; and "Ode to Billy Joe" attemped to bring the Bobbie Gentry hit to the screen with middling results. No wonder the late '70s were slow times in the movie business.
